“M” Packers
M-Packers are IPI’s sensible alternative to the old K-rubber packers used for sealing telescope screen into casing.
Whereas K-rubber only provides 2 sealing fingers an M-Packer provides a multitude of equivalent seals over a continuous length between 100mm to 500mm.
Moreover, while K-rubbers are at best glued and secured with band-it straps, the M-Packer is vulcanized to the riser pipe for 100% bonding security.
With its multiple sealing strips the IP M-Packer is ideal for sealing telescopic screen into casing, particularly at greater depths.
